About Daydreams Birth Photography

I would love to welcome you to my website/blog showcasing my maternity, birth & newborn photography work.

As a mother who has been lucky enough to be blessed with 3 children, I understand there is nothing more important in this world than the family, the family which you create with the person you love. As a photographer my work has always focused highly on the family, I have run a successful portrait business for many years but though the work and studies of my BA in Photography, I have discovered that Birth Photography is ultimately where my heart lies. I am a documentary photographer and what moment is more special to document than the arrival of your beautiful baby.

Precious First Moments Captured Beautifully

I am based in Ashford, Kent and have the ability to travel within the surrounding areas of Kent, to capture the ultimate moment that is the birth of your baby or babies. If you would like to know if I can cover the area within which you live, please do not hesitate to contact me on either 07511 843737 or edolley27@gmail.com.

Why hire a birth photographer?

Well firstly because like your wedding day or your child’s christening this day will come just once, and secondly because I encourage you to embrace the day and moment. Let me capture the precious time that is your babies arrival. I will be on call to you for the build up to your babies birth and on hand to capture the moment that is your babies birth, photographing the bond between you and your birthing partner as well as those precious first few moments that occur between mother and baby.

So many people will take a camera with them to the labour ward and your birthing partner has the responsibility of not only looking after you but ensuring they get the pictures. By hiring my services your birthing partner is left to be just that, your partner, there to support you.

“Let them hold your hand, not the camera”

Your birthing partner is there for your support, let them concentrate on doing just that.
